Are you a Multi-skilled Engineer who comes from a Manufacturing background, looking for an exciting opportunity working on cutting-edge machinery for world renowned businesses that offers a chance to travel Europe as well as develop your skills through a broad range of ongoing specialist training?
This company are industry leaders within manufacturing and are a tier 1 supplier of machinery for some of the most recognizable brands across the world such as Apple, Tesla and Porsche. They are a longstanding company who have continued to grow to a point of being a fortune 200 company and can provide opportunities to progress across the business. Although now multi-national, this company pride themselves on being employee-centric and offer great benefit packages and flexibility to staff.
In this role you will be responsible for machine installations, service and maintenance in the UK and Europe. You will be based in Glasgow and travel to European manufacturers sites no more than once per month for no longer than a week at a time. If not in the field with clients, you will be assisting with customer enquiries, advising technically as well as relaying direct feedback from the field to the production team to help find a resolution, fixing the root cause of the issue. You will receive full product and company training and work in a role that offers variety and hands-on experience. Training will include a period of working with the production team to give you a deep understanding of the products from scratch.
This role would suit a Multi-skilled Engineer or similar looking for a role within a globally successful business that can offer European travel to meet clients, a bonus and plenty of progression opportunities.

Install, service, and repair equipment across the UK and Europe
Handle technical queries via phone, email, and in person
Work closely with production/service teams
Some staying away, no more than one week abroad per month
