Job Description
Are you a skilled engineer looking for a rewarding role in a unique, fast-paced environment? We are currently seeking a Multi Skilled Engineer, with either an electrical or mechanical bias, to join our on-site maintenance team supporting a high-profile facilities contract across multiple London locations.
🔧 Key Responsibilities
Perform planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and responsive repairs on a range of building services systems.
Diagnose faults and carry out effective repairs on electrical and/or mechanical assets.
Conduct statutory compliance checks and maintain accurate records.
Liaise with on-site staff and facilities managers to ensure excellent service delivery.
Support project work, refurbishments, and minor installations where required.
🧰 What We're Looking For
Recognised qualification in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering (e.g. NVQ Level 3, City & Guilds, or equivalent).
18th Edition (for electrical bias) or F-Gas qualification (for mechanical bias) - desirable.
Solid experience in facilities maintenance or building services.
Good problem-solving abilities and a proactive attitude.
Strong communication skills and a customer-focused approach.
Flexibility to work across a portfolio of central London sites
