The Role
As a key member of the night shift engineering team, you’ll be responsible for keeping production running smoothly and efficiently in a fast-paced FMCG environment.
Key responsibilities include:
  * Reactive and planned maintenance on a wide range of production and packaging machinery
  * Fault-finding across electrical and mechanical systems
  * Supporting continuous improvement and reliability initiatives
  * Working closely with production teams to minimise downtime
  * Ensuring all work is carried out safely and in line with food manufacturing standards
What We’re Looking For
  * Proven experience as a Multiskilled Maintenance Engineer (FMCG / food manufacturing ideal but not essential)
  * Strong electrical or mechanical fault-finding skills
  * Recognised engineering qualifications
  * Comfortable working a permanent night shift
  * A proactive, team-focused mindset
