Job Opportunity: Multi-Skilled Joiner (Permanent) – Leeds & surrounding areas
Location: Covering York and North Yorkshire
Start Date: Immediate

Salary: Competitive + call-out + overtime + company van
We are recruiting on behalf of a respected social housing provider for a skilled and experienced Multi-Skilled Joiner to join their team on a permanent basis. This role offers a varied workload across void properties, reactive repairs, and planned maintenance, with additional earning potential through call-out and overtime.
Key Responsibilities:
Joinery work in void properties to prepare homes for new tenants
Reactive repairs and maintenance in tenanted properties
Basic multi-trade tasks where required (e.g. patch plastering, minor plumbing)
Ensuring all work is completed to a high standard and in line with health and safety regulations
Accurate completion of job records and reporting
Essential Requirements:
NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Carpentry & Joinery (or equivalent)
Proven experience in domestic or social housing environments
Full UK driving licence
Ability to work independently and manage a varied workload
Strong customer service skills and a professional approach
