Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer
Bristol | South West & Wales
£30,000–£40,000 + Van + Fuel Card + Pension | Permanent
NOTION4 Property Maintenance is growing, and we’re looking for a reliable, professional Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineers who can deliver quality work and represent the brand with confidence and clarity.
If you take pride in getting jobs done properly, work well with customers, and know how long a task should take, this role will suit you.
The Role
You’ll carry out a wide range of maintenance and repair work across residential and commercial properties. Work will include:

Decorating
*
Carpentry
*
Patch plastering
*
General handyman repairs
*
Basic plumbing
*
Flooring works
*
Small remedial tasks and multi-trade duties
Alongside completing jobs, you may also survey works on site, assessing job requirements, pricing accurately, and feeding clear information back to the office team.
What We’re Looking For

Strong multi-trade skillset with experience across maintenance work

Confident in pricing and estimating job times
*
Professional, approachable and reliable
*
Able to work independently and manage your day efficiently
*
Clean UK driving licence (essential)
