Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer (Electrically Biased)
Location: Cheshire Salary: £45,000 – £52,000 + Overtime + Excellent Benefits Shifts: 4 on 4 off (2 Days, 2 Nights – 12hr Shifts)

Are you an experienced Electrical or Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer looking to join a growing, forward-thinking business undergoing a multi-million-pound investment programme?
My client is seeking a time-served engineers, ideally with Apprenticeship training and experience in fast-paced FMCG environments such as Food, Beverage or Dairy.
Key Responsibilities:
Electrical & mechanical fault finding, repairs, and installations
Work with PLC & control systems (Allen Bradley / Siemens)
Maintain, diagnose, and repair pneumatic & hydraulic systems
Perform seal kit changes on high/low pressure centrifugal pumps
Support automated production and packing lines
Contribute to process improvements and support continuous improvement initiatives.
What We’re Looking For:
Strong fault-finding experience with PLCs, VSDs, and electrical control circuits
Hands-on mechanical knowledge of pumps, valves, pneumatics, and thermal systems
A proactive, inquisitive mindset aligned with company values
