Join Our Team as a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer!
Hours: 8am - 4pm | Days: Monday to Friday + overtime if you want
Location: Sleaford
Salary: Good base salary and benefits package (to be discussed with suitable applicants)

We're on the lookout for a Multi-skilled Maintenance Engineer to join our dynamic team of multi-skilled professionals. You'll play a vital role in ensuring our machinery operates smoothly and efficiently keeping production on track and innovation alive.
🛠️ What You'll Be Doing:
Tackling breakdowns and carrying out planned and preventative maintenance on a wide range of production machinery.
Supporting the build and installation of new machines.
Diagnosing and fixing electrical and mechanical faults.
Ensuring all equipment is safe, reliable, and ready for action.
Keeping our spares inventory organised and up to date.
Championing continuous improvement and sharing your ideas for smarter ways of working.✅ What We're Looking For:
Recognised electrical qualifications: City & Guilds Level 3 Electrotechnical Certificate & 18th Edition Wiring Regulations (Essential).
Experience with production machinery maintenance, fault finding, and new line installations.
A team player with a can-do attitude and a flexible, friendly approach.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently once trained.
