A leading manufacturer is seeking a Maintenance Engineer to ensure the smooth, safe, and efficient operation of their production equipment and facility infrastructure. This is a hands-on, proactive role ideal for someone who thrives in a high-output, machinery-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance on industry specific machinery and supporting equipment
Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical, issues quickly and effectively
Collaborate with production teams to minimize downtime and maintain optimal machine performance
Maintain detailed maintenance logs and service records
Assist in installing new equipment and upgrading existing systems
Ensure all maintenance activities comply with health and safety regulations
Ideal Candidate
NVQ Level 3 Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (or equivalent technical background)
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure
