Location: Suffolk
Shift: Panama (Days & Nights)
A leading FMCG manufacturer in Suffolk is looking for a Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer to join their established engineering team. This role is key to keeping production running smoothly by carrying out both planned and reactive maintenance on fast-moving machinery.
This is a great opportunity for a Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer who takes pride in being the one colleagues rely on when it matters most. You'll work with modern equipment, be supported by strong leadership, and have access to clear development pathways for your engineering career.
What you'll be doing:
Planned and reactive maintenance across electrical and mechanical systems
Fault-finding on drives, sensors, panels, conveyors, pneumatics, and packaging machinery
Logging work accurately using a CMMS (Agility)
Supporting and mentoring less experienced engineers on shift
Maintaining a safety-first, right-first-time approach
What you'll need:
Strong multi skilled fault-finding ability (electrical & mechanical)
Maintenance experience within FMCG, food, drink, or process manufacturing
Clear communication and teamwork skills
Proactive approach to Health & Safety
Ability to commute to site in Suffolk
