Multiskilled Engineer – Shift Role
Location: Telford
Permanent | 4 on 4 off (Days & Nights)
£50,687 basic + OT (paid @ 1.5x after 42 hrs/week) + Benefits

Our client, a leader in bespoke, state-of-the-art manufacturing systems, is seeking a Multiskilled Engineer to join their high-performing engineering team. You’ll be working in a cutting-edge facility where most equipment is designed and built in-house — no two days are the same.
The Role:
Provide professional shift-based technical support to operations
React to breakdowns and manage changeovers efficiently
Collaborate with lead development engineers on CI and NPD projects
Own and deliver engineering tasks within agreed deadlines
About You:
Time-served technician with strong mechanical skills and a systems/control bias
Confident reading electrical control wiring diagrams
PLC programming & fault diagnosis experience essential
Food or process industry background preferred but not essential
