About the Role:
We are seeking a reliable and experienced individual to carry out a wide range of property maintenance and improvement tasks across various sites. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience and confidence in the following areas:
🔹 Joinery – from door fitting to basic carpentry repairs
🔹 Plumbing – minor repairs, installations, and maintenance
🔹 Tiling – wall and floor tiling to a high standard
🔹 Minor Electrical Works – such as replacing sockets, light fittings, etc.
🔹 Painting & Decorating – internal and external works
What We’re Looking For:
✔ Proven experience across multiple trades
✔ High standards of workmanship and attention to detail
✔ Ability to work independently and manage your own workload
✔ Strong problem-solving skills
✔ Excellent customer service and communication
✔ Full driving licence (preferred)
✔ Relevant qualifications or certifications are a plus
