As a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer, you’ll be part of a skilled and proactive engineering team, providing electrical and mechanical support across a variety of production and packaging lines. Working a continental shift pattern, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring maximum uptime and consistent product quality in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities of the Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer:
* Carrying out both electrical and mechanical maintenance tasks across site machinery
* Diagnosing and resolving faults quickly and effectively to reduce downtime
* Performing planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and responding to reactive issues
* Supporting ongoing site improvements, upgrades, and project-based engineering work
* Ensuring all maintenance activities are carried out safely and in compliance with regulations
Key Requirements:
* Qualified Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer (electrically or mechanically biased)
* Proven experience in a manufacturing or FMCG environment
* Competent in fault finding, breakdown response, and root cause analysis
