Job Description
We are recruiting on behalf of a respected facilities management company seeking an experienced and versatile Multi Skilled Mobile Engineer (Gas Bias). In this role, you will be responsible for assisting in the operation, maintenance, and repair of multiple commercial buildings across the Northwest.
Job details:
* Perform planned maintenance, reactive repairs, and emergency breakdowns in diverse commercial buildings.
* Work on AHU’s, pressurisation units, pumps, and various heating systems.
* Expertise in commercial gas repairs, servicing, and installations.
* Ensure compliance with current gas regulations and possess strong controls knowledge.
* Utilise plumbing skills and have a sound understanding of electrical safety.
* Must be willing to work out of hours when required and be part of the out of hours call out rota (1 in 14).
Qualifications / Experience:
* Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar role (essential)
* Commercial gas qualifications (essential)
* Domestic gas knowledge (preferred but not essential)
* Experience with oil systems (preferred but not essential)
* Excellent knowledge of Health & Safety and safe working practices
* Experience in all aspects of commercial gas, servicing, repairs and installs (essential)
* Basic electrical safety knowledge experience
What’s on offer:
* Salary: Paying up to £45,000 (DOE).
* Shift: Monday to Friday 8:00am - 16:30pm.
* Company van/car (can be used for personal use).
