As our project workload increases, we’re seeking professional, self-sufficient Multi-Skilled Operatives to join our team on a flexible, project-by-project basis.
Who We’re Looking For
We want operatives who:

Are 100% competent across multiple trades.
*
Have proven, recent experience in insurance reinstatement works.
*
Work independently to a high standard with minimal supervision.
*
Can read and follow a Schedule of Works accurately.
*
Are professional, reliable, and client-facing.
Core Responsibilities
*
Execute insurance reinstatement works across domestic and commercial properties.
*
Complete tasks such as carpentry, plastering, tiling, decorating, plumbing, and basic electrics.
*
Ensure all works are delivered on time, to specification, and to the highest finish.
*
Communicate clearly with clients, project managers, and loss adjusters.
*
Maintain a clean, safe, and professional working environment.
Essential Skills & Experience (You MUST Have):
✅ Recent, hands-on experience in insurance reinstatement work
✅ Multi-trade proficiency including:
*
Carpentry – doors, kitchens, skirtings, etc.
*
Plastering – patches and full surfaces
*
Tiling – floors and walls to high finish
*
Painting & Decorating – internal finishes, occasional wallpapering
*
Plumbing – basic pipework, kitchen/bathroom installations
*
Basic Electrics – replacing fittings (Part P advantageous)
*
Brickwork – minor repairs and Helibar installation
✅ Own tools and reliable transport
✅ Valid UK Driving Licence
✅ Can work alone or within a team
✅ Professional, punctual, and well-presented
✅ Good understanding of Health & Safety standards
✅ Strong communication skills and client etiquette
✅ Contactable references will be required
