Role: Multi Skilled Operative

Location: Bradford

Salary: £up to £30k plus package

Permanent role

Housing

We are expanding our team and are looking for a reliable, experienced Multi-Skilled Operative to work on ongoing social housing project based in Bradford.

Duties

  * General tiling works

  * Painting & decorating

  * Basic plastering and patch repairs

  * Small joinery tasks

  * Snagging tasks

  * Working safely in occupied and void social housing properties

  * Maintaining high standards of workmanship and customer care

  * All aspects of Multi Skilled work, working alongside the site manager

Requirements

  * Proven experience working within Social Housing/Housing or Construction

  * Competency in tiling, painting, plastering, and basic joinery (all trades considered)

  *  Able to work independently and as part of a team

  * Professional attitude and good communication skills

  * Stable, full-time Monday–Friday work – Permanent role

  * Ongoing workload
