Multi-Skilled Operative – Hull

Salary: £31,680 per annum
 Permanent | Average 40 Hours Per Week | Rotating Days & Nights

We are recruiting for a Multi-Skilled Operative to join a busy manufacturing site in Hull. This is a hands-on role involving the operation of production machinery, forklift trucks, and other material handling equipment within a 24-hour production environment.

Duties Include:

Operating production plant and machinery
Loading, unloading, and moving materials
Palletising finished products
Completing production records and quality checks
Following health & safety procedures at all times
Maintaining high housekeeping standards
Requirements:

Minimum 2 years' manufacturing or production experience
Counterbalance Forklift Licence
Strong awareness of health and safety
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Flexible approach to shift work and overtime
Shift Pattern:

Average 40 hours per week on a rotating 3-week pattern of 12-hour day and night shifts.
