Job Description

Multi Trade - North Cornwall

Experienced Multi Trade required to work for a busy and reputable contractor in North Cornwall.

Social housing maintenance work covering a specific patch, Bodmin up to Bude.

This is a really exciting permanent on the books opportunity.

Package:

Salary £34-37,000 per annum
Van and fuel card
23 days holiday plus bank holidays
Pay day every 2 weeks

Multi Trade Day to Day:

Maintenance work on properties in the North Cornwall area
Kitchen and bathroom fitting bias ideally
Carpentry, plumbing, kitchens, bathrooms, tiling, flooring
Working alongside other trades/ colleagues 
Driving a company van safely and responsibly 
Reporting to your supervisor on progress
Speaking with customers politely and professionally 

Multi Trade Requirements:

Good trades experience
Previous experience working within social housing - desirable
Good attitude
Honest and reliable
Full UK driving license
DBS will be done for successful candidate
