Job Description
Danny Sullivan Group are looking for a reliable and experienced Multi-Skilled Operative to join a major infrastructure project near Leicester. This is a long-term PAYE position offering great rates, consistent hours, and the chance to be part of a high-profile civil engineering project in the UK. Job Description:
Full-Time Position – 10 Hours/Day (Monday to Friday)
Day Shifts Only
Long-Term Work (2–3 Years)
Immediate Start Available
PAYE Rate: £17.22 per hour
Rate uplifts available for overtime and weekends
Paid Holidays – 28 Days/Annum
Bank Holidays included
Sick Pay and Pension Schemes
Tax and NI handled for you
Your Role:
Operating dumper and roller plant machinery across a live construction site
Carrying out groundworks, backfilling, trench support, and reinstatement tasks as needed
Supporting general site logistics, materials movement, and assisting other teams when required
Performing daily machine checks and basic maintenance
Maintaining safe working practices and adhering to all on-site health and safety procedures
Requirements:
CSCS Card (Essential)
Dumper & Roller Tickets – CPCS preferred, NPORS accepted
Must be able to drive – site is not accessible via public transport
Valid Right to Work in the UK
At least 1 reference from a previous similar role
Previous experience on large civil or infrastructure projects (Preferred)
