Multi-Skilled Operative – Wolverhampton
£15.09 per hour | Rotational Shifts (AM/PM) | Ongoing Opportunity
Pertemps Recruitment are recruiting on behalf of our client based in Wolverhampton, a leading name within their industry, for a Multi-Skilled Operative to join their team.
This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on, safety-conscious individual looking for a varied role in a supportive and professional environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Strip down cylinders to prepare for refurbishment
Carry out extensive testing including ultrasound and pressure testing
Perform visual inspections of cylinders
Load cylinders onto automated lines for shot blasting/paint spraying
Support barcoding and basic assembly duties
Operate forklift safely and efficiently
Handle heavy cylinders using correct manual handling techniques
Assist with mechanical maintenance tasks when required
Work both independently and as part of a team to achieve targets
Strictly follow on-site Health & Safety procedures
Accurately input and manage data using computer systems
Shift Pattern & Pay:
Rotating Day Shifts: 1 week mornings / 1 week afternoons
Pay rate: £15.09 per hour
