Are you a hands-on professional with a strong background in general building and maintenance? We're looking for a
Multiskilled Maintenance Operative

🔨 What You'll Be Doing
As a key member of the maintenance team, you'll be responsible for:
Carrying out a wide range of repairs and maintenance tasks across residential properties.
Applying your general building expertise to tasks such as brickwork, plastering, tiling, and basic plumbing or joinery.
Ensuring all work is completed to a high standard, safely and efficiently.
Working both independently and collaboratively with a friendly, skilled team.
