Mobile Multi Trade Operative - Carpentry Focus (Social Housing Maintenance, South East London)
Start Date: ASAP
Location: South East London (Lewisham, Greenwich & surrounding areas)
Pay Rate: Competitive salary + Company van + Fuel card + Uniform
Seeking 4 Mobile Multi Trade Operatives with a strong carpentry focus for social housing maintenance roles across South East London, with potential for permanent roles.
Your Background May Include:
✔️ Carpentry Operative
✔️ Multi Trade Operative
✔️ Property Maintenance Technician
✔️ Social Housing Repairs Operative
Role Highlights:
Temp to perm opportunities
Company van, fuel card, uniform supplied
Monday-Friday, 8am to 5pm schedule
Work on occupied and void properties
Daily Work Involves:
Carpentry tasks (windows, doors, kitchens, fencing, joinery)
Wall/floor tiling
Light plumbing duties
General patch plastering and maintenance
Managing workload via PDA
Maintaining tenant satisfaction
You'll Need:
Carpentry and multi-trade experience
Social housing experience preferred
Clean driving licence and DBS
Good communication and customer service skills
