Mobile Multi Trade Operative - Carpentry Focus (Social Housing Maintenance, South West London)
Start Date: ASAP
Location: South West London (Clapham, Wandsworth & surrounding areas)
Pay Rate: Competitive salary + Company van + Fuel card + Uniform
We are recruiting multiple Mobile Multi Trade Operatives with a strong carpentry bias for long-term social housing maintenance contracts in South West London, with opportunities for permanent employment.
Key Offerings:
Long-term contracts with temp to perm potential
Company van, fuel card, and uniform
Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm
Work across occupied and void social housing homes
Core Duties Include:
Carpentry repairs: windows, doors, kitchens, fencing, joinery
Tiling tasks in kitchens and bathrooms
Supporting plumbing tasks
General property maintenance
Use PDA for managing workload
Delivering tenant-focused service
What You'll Need:
Carpentry expertise plus multi-trade skills
Experience in social housing repairs ideal
Full UK Driving Licence and clean DBS
Comfortable working independently
