Job Description

Your new company 
Your new role will be working for a leading Facilities company who are looking to onboard a Multi Skilled Painter within their estates team. 
Your new role 

Carry out internal and external painting, decorating, and surface finishing to a high professional standard.
Prepare surfaces including sanding, filling, priming, and sealing to ensure long‑lasting results.
Apply a variety of finishes such as gloss, emulsion, varnish, stains, and specialist coatings.
Perform touch‑ups and remedial work after repairs or installations.
Assist with basic repairs to walls, ceilings, floors, and fixtures (e.g., plaster patching, minor joinery, sealant work).
Support wider facilities maintenance tasks as required, including minor plumbing or carpentry tasks depending on skill level.
Identify defects in the building fabric and report or repair them where appropriate.
Follow all company and site-specific H&S procedures, including safe use of ladders, scaffolding, and access equipment.
Ensure proper storage, handling, and disposal of paints, solvents, and hazardous materials.
Complete necessary paperwork including risk assessments, job sheets, and compliance records.What you'll need to succeed 
For this role you will need;
- NVQ in Painting 
- Previous experience working within a commercial setting 
- Multi skilled in various trades
