Rate: £16.45 p/h
Contract Type: Temp to Perm
Hours: 37 hours per week
Benefits: Van and fuel card provided
We are working with a client who has an exciting opportunity for a Multi Trade Plasterer to join their team based in Flintshire. You will be working in Flintshire and the surrounding areas. Please note, you may be required to work further afield depending on contract demands, with all travel times considered as part of your working hours.
Responsibilities:
Undertaking full house re-plastering and diagnosing plaster patching in small areas
Identifying and rectifying plaster defects, ensuring all necessary pre and post preparation of works are carried out
Liaising with customers when arranging and carrying out work, having full regard to their needs and working from written and verbal instructions, including drawings, diagrams, sketches, and calculations using measuring equipment
Ability to carry out multi-skilled trades, with core strengths in Joinery/TilingWhat You Will Need:
NVQ Level 2 or 3 qualification
Experience as a Multi Trade Plasterer
Experience working within a social housing environment
Valid UK driving licence
CSCS card, asbestos awareness certification, and own tools
