Multi-Skilled Plumber / Multi-Trader – Lower Clapton, London
£25 per hour CIS Temp to Perm
Anderselite are currently recruiting for a Multi-Skilled Plumber / Multi-Trader to join one of our established social housing clients based in Lower Clapton, East London.
This is a temp to perm position. You’ll work through Anderselite for the first 13 weeks, and then transfer permanently onto the client’s books subject to performance.
Responsibilities:
Carry out plumbing repairs, maintenance and installations in occupied and void social housing properties
Undertake basic carpentry, patch painting and general maintenance duties as required
Work independently across domestic properties, ensuring a high standard of workmanship and customer service
Requirements:
Proven experience within social housing maintenance
Strong plumbing background with additional skills in carpentry and painting
Full tool kit and valid UK driving licence
Excellent attention to detail and reliability
Offer:
£25 per hour (CIS)
Long-term, steady work with a respected maintenance contractor
