A Multi Skilled Shift Engineer is required to join a team dedicated to ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of FMCG manufacturing equipment in Doncaster.

Description
As the Multi Skilled Shift Engineer you will be tasked with the following;
Ensure optimal operation and maintenance of manufacturing equipment
Diagnose and resolve equipment malfunctions
Implement preventive maintenance programmes
Contribute to the continuous improvement of manufacturing processes
Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations
Collaborate with other team members to meet production targets
Document all repair and maintenance work
Provide technical support and training to other engineering staffProfile
A successful Multi Skilled Shift Engineer should have:
A minimum HNC/ONC/HND/NVQ in a relevant Engineering field.
Proven experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably FMCG
Strong skills in equipment troubleshooting and maintenance
Familiarity with safety and environmental regulations
Excellent teamwork and communication skills
