Job Title: Multi Skilled Technician
Location: Lymington
Contract Type: FTC
An industry leading Facilities Maintenance service provider is seeking an experienced Multi-Skilled Electrical & Mechanical Maintenance Engineer to join their on-site engineering team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a qualified and motivated individual to contribute to the smooth and efficient operation of a critical site.
Daily Technician duties will include:
Ensure that the various pre planned maintenance schedules are kept up to date and maintained as may be required
Complete the duties of an HVAC/Mechanical/Electrical Engineer
Carry out fault finding and defect rectification to items of installed plant and equipment as may be defined and specified
Escort contractors around the site as and when required in accordance with written procedures
Requirements for the role:
Qualification in an Electrical discipline (City & Guilds, NVQ or equivalent)
Proven experience in building services maintenance
Strong multi-skilled knowledge, able to work confidently on both electrical and mechanical systems
Competence in fault finding, planned maintenance, and compliance procedures
Familiarity with BMS systems and working within SLA/KPI-driven environments
Excellent communication skills and client-facing approach
Knowledge of relevant regulations, including health & safety legislation
