Job Description
Industrious Recruitment are looking for a Multiskilled Technician to join a team at our Milton Keynes based Client.
This is a hands-on role where you’ll be responsible for maintaining and supporting our production operations. The role is 70% mechanical and 30% electrical.
We are looking for candidates with a solid mechanical competency but also a minimum level of electrical qualification.
What You’ll Do
* Carry out planned and reactive maintenance on machinery and equipment
* Work on both mechanical systems (pneumatics, hydraulics, conveyors, etc.) and electrical systems (panel work, fault finding, wiring, testing)
* Support continuous improvement and ensure downtime is kept to a minimum
* Contribute to a safe, efficient, and reliable operation
What We’re Looking For
Mechanical competency (apprenticeship, hands-on industry experience, or equivalent)
Electrical qualification such as:
* Level 2 Electrical Testing
* Level 3 Electrical
* 18th/19th Edition
* Ability to work with electrical panels (this is not small-component electrical work)
* A team player with a proactive, problem-solving mindset
* Flexibility to move from days to rotating shifts in the future
