Multi-Skilled Trades Operative – Nights
£200 per day | Permanent | Nationwide (Staying Away Required)
We’re looking for experienced multi-skilled operatives with hands-on ability in carpentry, tiling, decorating, and shopfitting to join a national contracts team working with high-profile retail and restaurant clients across the UK.
The Offer:
£200 per day – guaranteed 5 nights per week
Night shifts Mon–Fri (occasional weekends)
Hotels provided when working away
Company van after 3-month probation
Weekly pay via CISThe Role:
Planned maintenance & shopfitting works nationwide
Overnight projects with regular travel and hotel stays
Delivering high-quality repairs and fit-outs across multiple tradesWhat You’ll Need:
Proven skills in carpentry, tiling, decorating, stud partitions, dry lining, and suspended ceilings
Own basic hand & power tools
UK driving licence (min 3 years)
Flexibility to travel and stay away regularly
