About the role:
We are currently looking for an experienced and reliable Multi-Skilled Tradesman to join our growing team. In this versatile role, you’ll carry out a variety of repairs and maintenance tasks across residential and/or commercial properties, ensuring high-quality workmanship and excellent customer service.
Key responsibilities:

Carry out a wide range of general maintenance and repairs, including carpentry, plumbing, basic plastering, tiling, and painting/decorating
*
Diagnose and fix faults quickly and efficiently
*
Complete jobs to a high standard and within agreed timescales
*
Ensure all work complies with health and safety regulations
*
Provide a friendly and professional service to clients and residents
*
Keep accurate records of work completed and materials used
About you:
*
Proven experience as a multi-skilled tradesman or similar role
*
Strong skills in at least two core trades (e.g., plumbing, carpentry, plastering, tiling)
*
Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail
*
Excellent communication and customer service skills
*
Ability to work independently and manage your own workload
*
