Job Description
Deliver a best-in-class motor repair service to all our customers.
· Working to approved repair methods providing expert technical repair services to
accident damaged motor vehicles.
· Deliver an effortless customer experience, treating every customer as if they’re our
first.
· Create a customer focused culture that will support the delivery of our customer
measures of speed, quality, ease and recommend
· Building high quality collaborative relationships with all your colleagues, suppliers and
business partners.
Qualifications
Key Competencies/level
· Previous experience in multi-skilled vehicle body repair (Paint, panel & MET)
· Appropriate ratio at BS 10125 / minimum NVQ level 3 in specific department
competence/s.
· ATA cosmetic accreditation (Preferred, not essential)
