Construction Lecturer – Bricklaying or Carpentry
 Permanent | Full-time | Northamptonshire
 £34,500 – £41,100 per annum

 Think FE are working with a respected vocational college in Northamptonshire to recruit a full-time Construction Lecturer.

 This is a great opportunity for someone with strong industry experience in bricklaying or carpentry who is ready to pass on their skills to the next generation of construction professionals.

 You’ll be based at a specialist campus, delivering practical, hands-on teaching across full-time and part-time construction courses.

 What you’ll be doing
  
Delivering engaging theory and practical sessions in construction 
Acting as course tutor for full-time and part-time learner groups 
Supporting learner attendance, progress, and achievement 
Taking part in curriculum development to meet changing industry needs 
Supporting demonstrations and practical activities across construction courses    
 What we’re looking for
  
Strong industry experience in bricklaying, carpentry, or a relevant construction trade 
A minimum Level 3 qualification in a relevant subject area 
The ability to motivate and support learners 
A teaching and assessing qualification, or willingness to work towards one
