Multi Trade Carpenter Guildford & Surrounding Areas 

An exciting opportunity has arisen for experienced Multi Trade Carpenter to work with a leading Social Housing Contractor on a temporary basis, covering Guildford and the surrounding areas. This is a 3-month ongoing contract offering a competitive day rate of £180-£200 per day, depending on experience. Successful operatives will be required to work within occupied social housing properties, carrying out reactive repairs and maintenance.

Carrying out reactive repairs and maintenance within occupied social housing properties
Completing a range of multi-trade works including carpentry, plumbing, plastering and general repairs
Diagnosing faults and undertaking effective repairs on first visit where possible
Providing a professional and customer-focused service to residents
Ensuring all works are completed safely and to a high standard
Accurately updating job information using handheld technology
Working independently and managing a busy workloadYou Will Be Supplied With
