Carpenter (Multi Trade)
Location: Barking & Dagenham
Hours: 36 per week, Monday to Friday
Contract: Ongoing
Salary: Competitive

Are you a qualified Carpenter with multi-trade experience looking to work locally? If you hold an NVQ Level 2 (or equivalent) in Carpentry and have skills in UPVC, this could be a great opportunity to join a community-focused team.
Role Overview:
You'll be part of a repairs and maintenance division, working across tenanted, commercial, and void properties. The role includes:
Carpentry and UPVC repairs/installations
General maintenance and refurbishment
Emergency call-outs and first-time fixes
Use of IT systems for job tracking
Collaboration with other trades
Requirements:
NVQ Level 2 or equivalent in Carpentry
Experience in UPVC and at least one other trade (e.g., plumbing)
Social housing or repairs experience preferred
Full UK driving licence
DBS check required
Ability to work independently and communicate effectively
