Job Description
Looking for a Multi Trader to join a leading property services company based in Walthamstow
Permanent role offering up to £40,000 + van and fuel card and great benefits
We are after someone who has previous domestic experience completing day to day Carpentry works, hanging doors, worktops, units, cupboards, skirting etc
You will be able to carry remedial trades including Tiling, Plastering or Plumbing ideally
Customer focused approach ensuring a "right first time" fix for tenants
Able to work to tight deadlines, working solely on certain tasks as well as a team You will need:
Full UK driving licence for at least 12 months (company van provided)
Previous experience as a Multi Trade Carpenter, ideally in a Social Housing environment
Trade related qualification, NVQ2
