Job Opportunity: Multi Trade Floor Layer
📍 Location: NW London (NW10, NW9, HA)
📄 Contract Type: Subcontractor (CIS Payment Available)
💷 Rate: £21.00 per hour (CIS)
We are currently seeking an experienced Multi Trade Floor Layer with social housing experience and basic plumbing and carpentry skills for an ongoing contract in NW London.
Key Requirements:
Proven experience in multi-trade work, especially floor laying, basic plumbing, and carpentry
Social housing experience is essential
Own van and tools are required
Basic DBS required (can start while in progress)
Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
Job Details:
Working Hours: 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM (Monday to Friday)
Parking expenses covered if over £10/day
No fuel allowance
Travis Perkins card provided for material purchases
CIS payments available (written confirmation required)
