Job Description

I am looking for a Multi Trade based around Suffolk to work for a Housing Association on their day to day repairs team. This role is a permanent contract with a salary of £37,000 per annum including call-outs and comes with a company van and fuel card. 

The Multi Trade will be responsible for:

Working in tenanted council properties across Suffolk 
2nd fix maintenance tasks such as carpentry, plumbing, patch plastering & tiling
Working on the call-out rota 1 in 8 weeks
The right Multi Trade will need:

Experience working in council properties previously
Wide skill-set for multi trade work
Clean and valid UK driving license
Willing to have DBS Check 
In return the Multi Trade will recieve:

Total package of £37,000 including call-outs
Company van and fuel card
Permanent contract
Holiday pay and sick pay
Generous company pension
