Job Description
Secure a long-term contract with weekly pay and mileage covered while working on void social housing properties across Newark. As a Multi Trade, you’ll be carrying out maintenance and refurbishment works using your own van, with the chance of a permanent role in the future.
This is a great opportunity to join a busy social housing contractor with consistent work available from day one.
I’d love to hear from anyone who has worked as a Multi Trade, Carpenter Multi Trade, Multi Skilled Operative, or Property Maintenance Operative.
As a Multi Trade, you will be:
Completing 2nd fix carpentry works
Carrying out basic plumbing repairs
Undertaking plastering, tiling, and painting
Working within void social housing propertiesI’d love to speak to anyone who has:
Experience within social housing
Your own van and tools
Experience completing multi-trade worksThis Multi Trade role is offering:
£21 per hour
Mileage paid
Weekly pay
6-month contract
Potential permanent opportunityLocation & travel
This role is based in Newark and surrounding areas with easy access via the A1 and A46.
