CSCS Multi Trade (Brickwork Specialist)
Daniel Owen is currently seeking a skilled and reliable CSCS card Multi Trade with a background in brickwork to join an office refurbishment project growing team based in Richmond. This is a fantastic opportunity for a versatile and motivated tradesperson who takes pride in high-quality workmanship and enjoys a varied workload.

Position: Multi Trade
Salary: £17.00 - £19.00 Per Hour (CIS/ Umbrella)
Contract Type: Temporary (ongoing)
Start date: Immediately available
Key Responsibilities:
Carry out precise and high-standard brickwork repairs
Undertake a range of additional trades, including basic snagging, carpentry, painting, etc
Assist with general labour duties to help keep projects running efficiently
Requirements:
Experience as a Multi Trade on a Construction site
Blue CSCS Skilled worker card
Proven experience in brickwork
Basic tools and PPE
Willingness to assist with labouring and site support tasks when required
Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a professional attitude
Ability to work independently and as part of a close-knit team
