Role Multi Trader (Plumbing biased) + Van & Fuel Card
Salary £38,000+
Location Wokingham
Environment Housing Maintenance
The Company
Large housing provider managing social housing contracts within Slough – looking for a Plumbing biased Multi Trade carrying out plumbing maintenance and installation works.
The Role – Ideally qualified within Plumbing but not necessary
Plumbing – Maintenance – Fitting Taps, Fixing Leaks, Drainage, Bathroom Fitting
Wet Trades – Patch Plaster, Painting Decorating
Carpentry – Maintenance – Hanging doors, fixing skirting, changing handles
Skills & Experience
NVQ Plumbing (Preferred)
Full UK Drivers License
2+ Years property maintenance experience
Ability to be self-efficient
