Job Description
Carpenter, Plumber , Plasterer or Multi Trade
Lewisham and Southwark
£38,000 per annum plus Van, Fuel and Parking
Unvented plumber is £38,000-£40,000 per annum.
Single trades is £36,000 per annum.
Fortus Recruitment provides specialist recruitment services, supplying quality candidates on a temporary or permanent basis to leading organisations throughout the industry.
We supply candidates from executive to operative level and are currently working with a contractor who are looking for Multi Trader's based around Lewisham and Southwark.
Day to Day:
The Maintenance will include aspects of the following skills:
Carpentry
Plumbing
Plastering
Painting
Tiling
Requirements (Skills & Qualifications) of a Multi Trade:
Full, clean UK driver's licence
Clean DBS check
Willingness to undertake a compulsory Drugs & Alcohol Test
Based ideally within 45 to 60 minutes' travel time from home address to Peckham
Previous social housing experience
Proficient in the use of PDAs and SOR coding
Able Fulfil our contractual obligations of out of hours on a rota basis
Available for face-to-face interviews
