Role Multi Trader + Van & Fuel Card
Salary £40,000+ (Standby £ / Overtime / Progression)
Location Richmond / Kingston / Hillingdon
Environment Housing Maintenance
The Company
Own & manage 11,000+ homes across Richmond, Hounslow, Kingston, Hillingdon and Spelthorne. Taking care of family homes, carrying out all maintenance works from carpentry to plumbing to wet trades and electrics.
The Role – Qualified within Plumbing OR Carpentry
Carpentry – Maintenance – Hanging doors, fixing skirting, changing handles
Plumbing – Maintenance – Fitting Taps, Fixing Leaks, Drainage, Bathroom Fitting
Wet Trades – Patch Plaster, Painting Decorating
Skills & Experience
NVQ Plumbing or Carpentry
Full UK Drivers License
2+ Years property maintenance experience
Ability to be self-efficient
The Offer
