Role Multi Trader + Van & Fuel Card
Rate £21.50 per hour CIS
Location Brent / Islington / Barnet
Environment Housing Maintenance
The Company
Family run property maintenance contractor looking to build in their growing team of Multi Tradesman. The area’s will specifically be covering Brent, Islington and Barnet. The work will be on the council contracts. Van & Fuel card included. You will be paid CIS £££££
The Role
Carpentry – Maintenance – Hanging doors, fixing skirting, changing handles
Plumbing – Maintenance – Fitting Taps, Fixing Leaks, Drainage, Bathroom Fitting
Wet Trades – Patch Plaster, Painting Decorating
Skills & Experience
Full UK Drivers License
2+ Years property maintenance experience
Ability to be self-efficient
