Are you a skilled Multi Trade Joiner looking for a stable, long-term opportunity in Tower Hamlets? We’re seeking a dedicated and experienced professional to join our growing team, delivering high-quality maintenance and repair services across residential and commercial properties.
Key Responsibilities:
Carry out a wide range of joinery tasks including door hanging, skirting, architraves, and kitchen installations.
Complete general maintenance and repair works including minor plumbing, plaster patching, and tiling as required.
Ensure all works are carried out safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.
Work independently or as part of a team to meet deadlines and client expectations.
Liaise professionally with tenants, clients, and colleagues to deliver excellent customer service.
Requirements:
NVQ Level 2 or equivalent qualification in Carpentry/Joinery (or relevant experience).
Proven experience in multi-trade maintenance work within social housing, domestic, or commercial environments.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
Full UK driving licence (essential).
