Job Description
We're recruiting for a Multi Trade Operative in the Basingstoke, Newbury and Thatcham area, on temp to perm basis. Undertaking reactive maintenance on a social housing contract.
As a Multi Trade Operative, you'll receive:
£22.00/hr (temporary rate)
£36,500 per annum (permanent package)
28 days' holiday entitlement
A company van, plus fuel card
In the role, Multi Trade Operative will be responsible for:
Day to day repairs
Carpentry repairs
Basic Plumbing repairs
To be considered, you'll need:
At least NVQ Level 2 in a relevant trade (or equivalent) OR a minimum of 5 years' experience
A full UK driving licence
