Job Description
We are currently looking for a Multi Skilled Operative in the Ashington area to join a well-established building contractor on a permanent basis. This role is working within domestic properties, where a company van and fuel card is supplied from day one!
In return, the Multi Skilled Operative will receive:
·£28,851 then up to £31,000 when doing callouts
·Company van & fuel card
·Power tools provided
·28 days holiday + bank holidays
·Pension scheme
·Permanent employment

As a Multi Skilled Operative, you will be expected to complete:
·Aspects of carpentry
·Aspects of plumbing
·Patch plastering
·Tiling
·Domestic and commercial properties
I am looking for a Multi Skilled Operative who:
·Has a full UK driving licence
·Has relevant industry experience
·Has relevant experience within social housing
·Has CSCS card
·Good knowledge of building construction, components and building trades
