Job Description
Enjoy this permanent role with a company van and fuel card supplied by a leading social housing contractor in Stratford-upon-Avon. We're offering an exciting opportunity for a skilled Multi Trade Operative to carry out repairs and maintenance on social housing properties in the area. This is a permanent role from day one, providing long-term job security and the chance to develop your career with a reputable company.
As a Multi Trade, you will:
Carry out a variety of repairs and maintenance tasks across social housing properties
Use your skills in:
Carpentry
Plumbing
Patch Plastering
Tiling
Ensure all work is completed to a high standard, within deadlines, and with tenant satisfaction in mind
We're Looking For:
Previous experience working on social housing contracts
A full UK driving licence
A clear criminal record (DBS checks will be required)
A proactive approach to work with strong problem-solving skills
What's on Offer:

Competitive salary of £33,000 per annum
Company van and fuel card provided
40 hours per week, Monday to Friday
