Job Description
Enjoy long-term, stable work with a leading contractor covering social housing properties across South Birmingham. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Multi Trade Operative with a carpentry bias to join a reputable team and carry out high-quality repairs and maintenance work.
As a Multi Trade Operative, you will:
Carry out a variety of repairs and maintenance tasks within social housing properties.
Use your skills in:
Carpentry (first and second fix)
Plumbing installs fitting sinks, baths, and other bathroom fixture
Patch plastering and tiling
Basic decorating and finishing works
Work efficiently and independently across occupied and void properties.
Ensure all work is completed to a high standard and within agreed timeframes.
We're Looking For:
Proven experience working on social housing or Soho contracts.
Strong carpentry skills with additional multi-trade experience.
Ability to carry out basic plumbing installations (sinks, baths, etc.).
Own transport (a car is fine).
Immediate availability and a proactive attitude to work.
