Job Description
Enjoy a long-term, self-employed role with a company van and fuel card working for a respected and well-established Housing association based in the Coventry area. This Multi Trade Operative role offers £22-23 per hour with the opportunity of joining the team on a permanent basis.
You'll be working for a major housing association in the Coventry area, known for providing long-term opportunities and a strong team environment. This is an organisation where youll be valued for your contribution and given stability in your role as a Multi Trade Operative.

As a Multi Trade Operative you will be:
Conducting reactive repairs within customers homes
Dealing with emergency repairs
Routine repairs
Responding to prearranged repair appointments
Using a wide range of trades on a day to day basis
I'd love to speak to anyone who has:
Experience in a core trade of carpentry, plumbing or plastering
Driving licence (clean)
Excellent communication skills and a customer focus
Social housing experience
