About the Role:
We are recruiting a skilled Multi Trade Operative to join a busy building and maintenance team in Brighton. You will carry out a variety of repairs and maintenance tasks including:

Painting, hanging doors, flooring repairs
*
Fitting bath panels, pipe ducting/casing, kitchen units
*
Plastering and wall tiling repairs
*
Minor plumbing tasks
You will deliver a professional service, ensure customer satisfaction, and work safely at all times.
Key Requirements:
*
City & Guilds or time-served tradesperson – essential
*
Asbestos Awareness certificate – essential
*
Minimum 2 years’ experience in repairs, maintenance, or construction
*
Experience working directly with customers/residents
*
Full clean driving licence
*
Good communication skills and ability to work independently or in a team
*
Commitment to Health & Safety and high-quality service
